anyone can learn.  

Fitness Kickboxing uses martial arts techniques, improving
coordination and balance while relieving stress.  You will
increase your lean muscle mass and build your stamina.

Come in and try this fun way to relieve stress while burning up to
700 calories an hour.

This program is available to anyone who is at least 15 years of
age.   Please consult with a physician before beginning any
fitness program.
